Sharla Mandere is a Certified Menopause Fitness Specialist & keynote speaker who helps clients get strong, energized, and confident through perimenopause and beyond. With certifications in Spin, TRX, Barre, Mat Pilates, Personal Training, Women's fitness, and a focus on Strength Training for Women Over 40, Sharla’s approach centers on building lean muscle, boosting metabolism, and creating sustainable results that actually fit real life.
Known for her fun, motivating style and no-nonsense approach, she blends smart programming with practical strategies to help women burn fat, increase energy, and feel powerful in their bodies again—without extremes or burnout.
She is your biggest cheerleader and truth bomb giving coach who holds you accountable while getting you results and celebrating every win along the way!
